Bob is a rather tragic, pathetic young man with very little ambition. Just before the end of all humanity, Bob was dumped by his long term girlfriend (well, four months is long term for Bob) so when he was attacked and killed by a zombie shortly afterwards he was actually rather relieved as it saved him a potential year of uncontrollable tears and misery. However, he came back to ‘unlife’ and unlike most of the other zombies he finds himself surrounded by, he has the capacity to think and talk. With his new friend Poppy and his best friend Steve, he hopes to find meaning in his existance and maybe even find out what this whole ‘end of the world’ thing is about anyway.
